Welcome to the website of the PBS FM Radio show IrvineJUMP!, PBS’s longest currently running (and often only) Retro and Alternative dance Music program! Started waaaay back in 1993 by myself, Tony Irvine to promote retro and alternative dance music from the last thirty years or so, it has been a source of information, bad taste music, and lots of 80′s & 90′s beats.
And, since this is a record of the stuff I’ve done over the years, there is a lot of “stuff and shit” to trawl through (and a LOT more still to come). Including pictures of the various bands I was in (thumb nailed for speed of course), pictures of past co-announcers and even a video of one or two of my current/previous bands, more if I can get it.
I’ve added a blog (which I will probably rarely use) and you can add feedback if you can be assed. Have a look around and I hope you enjoy your stay
